Mang Inasal - Salem Complex is a standout fast food restaurant located conveniently within the bustling Salem International Complex in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Renowned for authentic Filipino flavors, Mang Inasal delivers an irresistible taste of traditional Chicken Inasal—a grilled chicken marinated in a flavorful mix of native spices, garlic, and vinegar, promising smoky, charred goodness in every bite.
The menu is a celebration of classic Filipino fast food, with popular offerings like the Solid Sa Sarap With Selecta: Family Fiesta All Chicken Inasal, featuring 6 pieces of juicy Chicken Inasal paired with fragrant Java rice, 4 refreshing drinks, and 4 creamy Extra Creamy Halo Halo desserts. This combination creates a harmonious flavor experience that’s both hearty and sweet, making it perfect for family gatherings. For those dining in pairs or seeking variety, the Buddy Fiesta bundle includes 2 pieces of Chicken Inasal coupled with savory Pork BBQ, Java rice, drinks, and matching creamy Halo Halo, balancing smoky and savory notes with the cool sweetness of the dessert.
Aside from enticing grilled meats, Mang Inasal also offers delightful side dishes like their Lumpiang Togue—crispy, golden-fried bean sprout rolls served with a tangy spiced vinegar dip, perfectly complementing the richer meat dishes. Their Palabok, a traditional noodle dish brimming with savory sauce and toppings, also adds to the colorful menu, catering to diverse Filipino taste buds.
The dining atmosphere echoes a warm, casual vibe typical of beloved local fast food establishments. Reviews reveal that while the physical store shows signs of wear, such as cracked floor tiles, its spacious second floor seating is a peaceful refuge away from the buzz of the city and nearby airport terminals. Many appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as noted by customers who were even welcomed beyond official closing hours—an exceptional gesture of hospitality that resonates deeply with late-night diners craving comfort food.
Practicality and value define the Mang Inasal experience here. Generous portion sizes and moderate pricing make it a practical choice for those seeking satisfying meals without breaking the bank. The brand’s pioneering “unli-rice” theme is alive and well, providing that signature feeling of abundance and home-style comfort. Whether you're stopping by before a flight at the adjacent airport terminals or simply craving a taste of Filipino culinary tradition, Mang Inasal - Salem Complex remains a favored spot for satisfying authentic grilled chicken flavors paired with welcoming service.

Located conveniently to the airport facilities and nearby neighborhood, parking spaces available and one of the best option to dine after work. Food price is moderate and food served are good. Shop is a little bit old with cracked floor tiles, other than that its okay. Food served is generous in portion. Good for small to medium sized gatherings

We came in late after ordering for pickup through Grab, arriving at around 12:04 AM even though the store closes at 12. The staff and manager were very kind to let us dine in and still accommodate our order even if it was already beyond store hours. Super thankful for their patience and great service—it made our late-night Mang Inasal cravings possible! Kudos to the whole team!

Despite having lots of other options around the vicinity, and more difficult parking inside, Mang Inasal still is one of the best options you can find. Filipino style. Practical and budget-wise. The food place that started the unli rice theme.

Near terminal 4 and budget hotels. We ordered chicken inasal and pork sisig. The chicken meat is tasty as usual mixed with chicken oil and soysauce but the pork sisig is salty for me. We went to the second floor because its more spacious, there are some tables in the first floor but its too warm. Upon ordering, they will give you a number and you need to get your food once they call your table number.
